Biography

I am Ph.D. Researcher in Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at McMaster University, Canada, under the supervision of Dr. Jun Chen.

Previously, I finished my undergraduate study at Nile University, Egypt, where I did my thesis on Federated Learning in AV. During this time, I worked as a Machine Learning Researcher at Helwan University under the mentorship of Dr. Mahmoud M. Elmesalawy, and a Research Assistant at Wireless Intelligent Network Center, Nile University under the mentorship of Dr. Mohamed S. Darweesh.

Research Interests

My research focus includes Image/3D Restoration, Reconstruction, and Editing.

May 30, 2025 I’ve successfully passed my comprehensive PhD examination at McMaster University!
Apr 02, 2025 Secured 2nd Place in NTIRE 2025 Low Light Image Enhancement Challenge under team name Imagine. Work was publsihed in CVPRW 2025
Oct 28, 2024 Finished my 1st Ph.D. Supervisory Committee Meeting in 2024.
